Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.dezignova.cc and the purchase of digital design products (e.g. brand identity kits, UI kits, and website templates) sold by Dezignova LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital design products as described on this website. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable digital files. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update the product range at any time. Descriptions, screenshots, and feature lists are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not a guarantee of specific results.

2. Ordering and pricing

Prices displayed on this website are in euros and exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are placed through our checkout, which is operated by our payment provider, Paddle. When you complete a purchase, you will receive a confirmation and access to download the purchased files. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and invoices on our behalf.

3. License

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product for personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the raw product files themselves, whether free or for a fee. The license is granted upon payment. A personal + commercial license is included with every product unless stated otherwise on the product page.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered as instant digital downloads. You will receive download access immediately after payment is confirmed, either on the confirmation page, by email, or through your Paddle account. We are not liable for any inability to download caused by your device, software, or email settings; however, we will gladly re-send download links on request.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded a product and believe you are entitled to a refund, or if you receive a defective or corrupted file, contact us at contact@dezignova.cc and we will resolve the issue promptly, including by providing a corrected file or a refund where appropriate. Statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal for consumers where applicable, remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website and all product files (including graphics, code, and documentation) are the property of Dezignova LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Your license to use the purchased products is set out in Section 3 above; all other rights remain with us.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care in creating and delivering our products. Our liability for damage claims — regardless of the legal ground — is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA or elsewhere, you additionally benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
